"I will never recommend this agency to anyone or family , after getting a quote 2-3 weeks before my old policy was up I asked should I wait till my old policy ends or pay now the lady helping said u can wait I’ll call ya then and do all paperwork and take payment - the time came no call I called and the. She told me it was almost double what she quoted me ! I asked why she said simply the price changed ! I said no way - she then said if u were to pay when I wired you it would have been the price I told ya - informed her u told me to it was ok to wait - she said sorry have a good day ! Nothing had changed on my end ! These people area rip off I went with farmers and the quote and payment was lower then state farm"
"I'm sorry for your perceived poor experience in this situation. It is not unusual for rates to change, with any company, once a quote is over 30 days old and has to be rerun. I've looked into this situation specifically and the issue is that my office quoted you over thirty days ago and during that window of time some piece of information used in the algorithm to calculate your rate has changed. This could have been any number of things; credit, driving records updated, the values in the formula, etc. No agent with any company has any control over this type of situation or can tell you what specifically the cause was. I actually overheard your conversation with Louren in my office yesterday and she explained the issue several times very professionally and explained the timing issue and the calculation issue. She did not just say the price changed. I would be more than happy to discuss this issue with you if you would like. I can understand why you would be upset by this situation."
